3. If I forget my password, what should I do?

At the login section, please choose “I forgot my password” then enter your email. After that, you will receive an email in which there is a link for you to reset your password.

4. What should I do if the match is freezing/buffering/interrupted?

Please click on the “Report link” button at the end of the match screen or contact our customer service to report errors.

5. Can I use 1 account on 2 or more devices?

No. You can only use your account on one device only.

6. Can I log in using my Facebook/Gmail account?

Yes. You can use your Facebook/Gmail account to log in.

7. How can I make the payment?

You can pay using your visa card or Paypal account.

8. How can I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription?

To cancel auto-renewal, please click on your Profile => Transaction history => Request unsubscription. Your account will not renew at the end of your current subscription period. You’ll receive a confirmation email after the auto-renewal is cancelled.

9. Can I continue watching when cancelling my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, you can continue streaming until the end of your current subscription period.
